I've been a long time listener to livemeteors.com and I can tell you something:

I have NEVER heard it as active as it is right now.

I've listened during meteor showers for years when I was unable to go out and see them due to cloudy conditions and this is way more active than I've ever heard it.

Are we going through a debris field? What is causing this activity? Meteor reports in from Washington State and Vancouver this morning of Green Fireball as well as the meteor in Australia.
