maybe there are a lot of donors for something like that. i could see how it would be mutually beneficial in some cases

Atleast you have an easy salution

Speaking of testicles, my brother (in his twenties)lost a testicle to testicular cancer 3 years ago. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. His cancer spread to a kidney and had to be removed following chemotherapy. It took him almost a year to regain his strength. Luckily, the cancer has not returned and he appears to be A-OK!

It is very common in men during their 20's and 30's. Most of them do survive if it's found in good time.

that solution isn't so easy for some (like former brother-in-laws and pencil-dick politicians for example), they need pepper, a magnifying glass and tweezers to get the job done,by their own admission

Oooo guess that would be a problem. Well then, maybe they should be the ones to donate their testicles since they have such a hard time with it.

well maybe it would be a good thing for all politicians to donate theirs, god pity the poor bastard that gets them tho
