Why don't black people get neurotic disorders - anxiety, dizziness, nervousness, vertigo, panic attacks etc

You never see a black person with these kind of disorders. Sure they get sick with heart disease and diabetes etc and physical health conditions but i never hear or see of any blacks getting stuff associated with panic and nervousness, or anything based around worry and anxiety.
Is it something in their diet?
