Last year on 14 Aug 15 I was in attendance at the Change of Responsibility ceremony during which General Milley assumed the Position of Chief of Staff of the United States Army. None of us in attendance, at least where I was sitting, was very impressed with the general and what he spoke and were especially concerned after he stated that America would have to be willing to pay the "Butcher's Bill" going forward into our future wars. From what I could gather, General Milley was reputed to be a yes man for the military industrial boys and that was exactly why he was put in this position, at least that was the scuttlebutt that was going around. So, I don't think USA really got it about how not to tolerate a Russian. So many of them in the first nations. Every exercise in the military is another pile of crack, and since the locals can't the spies from other countries do anyways. And US military writes off all knowledge of the real nature of it.
