This is not new, the press were pressurized not to reveal ethnicity when reporting crimes, so they resorted to using pictures. Then this was cracked down on by political correctness of the 1980's. The only time ethnicity is allowed is when a person is considered dangerous.

Recently child abuse in parts of the country were not investigated because it involved sections of "ethnic minorities". Our police force have been reduced to policing motorists and the war on drugs, drunkenness and hate crimes coming from the white native people.
