So, In Hillary’s case, Zubenelgenubi qualifies being only 0°20’21” North of the ecliptic, and in Donald’s case, Regulus at 0°27’40”N. I tend to lean towards the 8:02am ToB for H as the personal planets in her 12th house would then reflect a hidden, scheming side and it gives her Sco rising and Sun… a combo you provoke at your own peril. This culminates on the night of November the 8th, becoming exact early on the 9th. Jupiter is most well known for expansion and growth but he also insists on Justice, which has added emphasis in the sign of Libra. Neptune is the 'foggy' one, he reflects our dreams, delusions and (self) deceptions, so any conflict with reality will be highlighted and require straightening out before progress (expansion) is made. This conjunction is close to semi-square her natal Jupiter, adding even more astrological awkwardness and transit Saturn is conjunct her progressed Jupiter as well, insisting on ordered expansion. The more I think about it, the more convinced I am about the (approx) 8am time of birth. This time puts her Sun, Venus and Mercury in Sco in 12th house ~ she loves her secrets and the aura of mystery regarding her that this exudes. The type of chart she has is referred to as a 'bucket', which in her case has the Moon (22°Pis51') as the 'handle', with the other planets in the opposite hemisphere. I suspect she feels isolated from 'us' (emotionally), perhaps by her knowledge/culpability. With the 8am ToB scenario, Neptune, the 'foggy' one, is in her 11th house (pertaining to our wider, social behavior) so she could be compensating for her sense of isolation by seeking the (artificial?) 'acceptance' gained by political/social popularity, as dreamy Neptune implies she will. So far, she's profited quite well. She has a few more years in her yet.
