Today, 12 noon EST, is Yom Kippur 2016, the Jewish Day of Atonement, the most sacred event in the Jewish calendar traditionally observed with a period of fasting and prayer. It falls each year on the 10th day of the 7th Jewish month of Tishrei, ten days after Rosh Hashanah, The Feast of Trumpets.

This day is considered by the Jews as the last chance to ask forgiveness for your sins before the end of the day and is sometimes referred to as "The closing of the gates".

TODAY is the 7th month and the 10th day of the 70th and Grand Jubilee on the Jewish year of 5777.

The event window opens between sunset Oct 11th Israel time (Oct 11th 12 Noon EST **TODAY**), to sunset Oct 12th Israel time (Oct 12th 12 Noon EST).

EVIDENCE:


On Yom Kippur God commanded that the shofar (a rams horn trumpet) should be blown to signal a time when all debts are forgiven, all slaves are freed and all land is returned to its original inheritor.

Leviticus 25
"And you must count for yourself seven sabbaths of years, seven times seven years, and the days of the seven sabbaths of years must amount to forty-nine years for you. 9 And you must cause the horn of loud tone to sound in the seventh month on the tenth of the month; on the day of atonement YOU people should cause the horn to sound in all YOUR land. 10 And YOU must sanctify the fiftieth year and proclaim liberty in the land to all its inhabitants. It will become a Jubilee for YOU, and YOU must return each one to his possession and YOU should return each one to his family.


Recently the Jewish council, the Sanhedrin, revived a 2,000-Year-Old counting of Jubilee Year and as Rosh Hashana ended eleven months ago, the Sanhedrin concluded months of deliberation by ruling that Israel had indeed returned to its homeland for the third time requiring the Nation of Israel to begin counting the Jubilee cycle again. Rabbi Avraham Dov Ben Shor recited the blessing and the 49-year cycle of years began again by declaring the Jewish year 5777 (2016) to be a Jubilee year.


Daniel 9:24-26 states:

24 “There are seventy weeks (of years) that have been determined upon your people and upon your holy city, in order to terminate the transgression, and to finish off sin, and to make atonement for error, and to bring in righteousness for times indefinite, and to imprint a seal upon vision and prophet, and to anoint the Holy of Holies. 25 And you should know and have the insight [that] from the going forth of [the] word to restore and to rebuild Jerusalem until Messiah [the] Leader, there will be seven weeks, also sixty-two weeks. She will return and be actually rebuilt, with a public square and moat, but in the straits of the times.26 “And after the sixty-two weeks Messiah will be cut off, with nothing for himself.“And the city and the holy place the people of a leader that is coming will bring to their ruin. And the end of it will be by the flood. And until [the] end there will be war; what is decided upon is desolations.


The Sanhedrin ruling allowed Jubilee years to be counted back through time 70 Jubilee cycles of years, back to the first Jubilee. It has been determined that this Jubilee year (5777) is the 70th Jubilee since the order was given by God to begin counting them making the Jewish year 5777, the Grand Jubilee and the final Jubilee of the count that had been determined in Daniel 9:24. It is also just over 49 years (a full Shemitah cycle of years) from the time that Israel captured Jerusalem and blew the Shofar at the Western Wall during the 6 Day war on June 7, 1967.

There are 5 mitzvot connected to every Jubilee: the counting of the Jubilee, letting free slaves, returning land, blowing the shofar, and forgiving debts,” However, Rabbi Weiss of the Sanhedrin council was quoted as saying that “We have re instituted one: the counting of the Jubilee.” and that the act of blowing the shofar to signal the forgiving of debts, the freeing of slaves and the returning of land to its original owners, has not yet been re-instituted as part of the mitzvah of the Jubilee, but if an individual feels so inclined, they can blow the shofar without a blessing.


Counting the year as a Jubilee year while not following the full commandment of God, violates the purpose of the day and violates the commandment of God.


Therefore, it is expected that God will blow His own trumpet today, on his own Grand Jubilee, to signal the enforcement of his own commandment, the freeing of his people who are now slaves, and signaling the beginning of his final judgement on the world.


So get yourself and your house in order, the day has arrived.
