I think that Hunter is putting together a congressional bill to do the same thing, as well as an investigation.

That is what prodded Bush. He will probably try to sandbag it, but still, Rohrbacher was very pissed.

He called him a "disgrace" per the radio news.

Bush is a lame duck. He is pissed at the people for turning on him. I feel sorry for those patrol agents, they are the first to pay. The rest of us are feeling their pain.
