Treason: Obama gov “adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort”

United States Constitution, Article III Section 3 – Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

Levying war is defined as “to make or begin war; to take arms for attack; to attack.”

Supporting foreign terrorists and mercenary groups that the US government used to overthrow the Libyan gov and are now illegally waging war against the sovereign state of Syria and its people is giving terrorists military aid (U.S. CIA Pentagon “Syria Train and Equip Program“, formed specifically to train and arm “terrorists” to overthrow the Syrian government) and comfort (US Secretary of State John Kerry has already pledged $millions in aid – in the form of food and medical supplies – to the terrorists in Syria).

According to the United States Constitution the US government actions are defined as treason.

In 2012 the Obama administration (Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State) formally designated the CIA trained and armed Syrian rebel group in Syria as a terrorist organization.

By designating them a terrorist organization the Syrian rebels were formally designated enemies of the United States.
