I've never seen a household cleaner that claims to kill HIV before I found this bottle. I've never heard anybody ever make that claim either. My new bottle of Lysol doesn't say that it kills HIV.  Steve Jobs must have sprayed some up his ass......lol. Seriously though, what is the date on the can? There should be a date stamped on bottom or a copyright year somewhere. Either way, HIV dies shortly after exposure to room temps. So, technically, any cleaner can claim this to be true when used on metal or other surfaces.
