Shortly after that Tweet the wikipedia entry was edited: [ link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)] "MacFadyen lived in Pimlico with his wife, Susan Benn. Gavin Macfadyen died in London after a short illness on 22nd October 2016 at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital."
