He said: "The positive aspects of belonging to the EU must be balanced by the duties that come with membership." Now the threat has been re-iterated by members of his government, who also have become fed up with Hungary failing to take its fair share while Italy struggles with the hundreds of thousands migrants who are reaching its shores every day.
