One was sent in 2009 and then classified as confidential by the DOS in 2016.

But here's the catch on that one. I believe it's the responsibility of the government person/official creating or forwarding data to establish/verify the classification before transmitting it.

You idiot, when someone requests a freedom of information they not going to send them the classified bits, read it they have clearly marked the areas out that are theclassified bits.

Likely the bit about printing is a distraction. Surely there was a way to print stuff in the State Dept. that did not involve the Sec. of State herself standing at the printer and applying the stamps. It was all handled for her.

The important part was probably to leak it to Huma and her associates.

It's certainly enough reasonable doubt to withhold a vote for president from someone who handles sensitive data that way. What was anything from State doing on Huma Abedin's private computer?

Whether there's a loophole in written law for that or not (who could imagine anyone of the caliber to be SS would not understand this! but we didn't imagine traitors perhaps ...) it's certainly disqualifying if she didn't account for this in her activities.
