[ link to wikileaks.org (secure)] This was a classified document when it was sent (Confidential) on 10/9/2009 It was sent through a non-approved server. @clintonemail.com It was only declassified on 11/03/2016. I believe that the classification reason given - 1.4D is to do with National Security. This shows that she lied to Congress - thereby; by lying, showing intent & didn't use proper security channels. Don't we already have proof that she sent classified email via unsecured server? What does it take to prove intent?
