People ... this is BIG!!! Shows illegal activity BY HILLARY HERSELF, and Clinton Foundation connection to official Secretary of State business. Includes a potential WTF weird element, to boot.

(1) The original email is from Cheryl Mills to Hillary. It was a speech for Hillary regarding Secretary of State's announcement of US aid to Haiti. This means it is official US government business. It was also classified information.

(2) It was a classified document for US govt business, but sent via private Clinton server.

(3) Hillary then sent this email to Oscar Flores and asked him to please print. Why is she sending Flores the classified document of her speech before she gives the speech?

(4) Interesting to note that it was just "unclassified" on 11/3/2016.

(5) Oscar Flores is yet another Clinton strange bird (scandal?). He worked in Bill Clinton's administration. There was a controversy where he showed up for a photo op w/ Clintons on a Memorial Day appearance by the POTUS and FLOTUS. Flores was dressed in full dress whites Navy uniform, but Navy vets identified it as ... a FAKE UNIFORM.

(6) The speech mentions various services that US foreign aid will purchase to help Haiti, including infrastructure, such as secure communications (LOL!), transportation, etc.

(7) Speech says the recovery effort will need to include public & private (NGO's & businesses) resources.

(8) Two cities that are NOT located in Haiti are named as being part of the effort: Portland and Porto Alegre. These two cities are mentioned early in the speech, in the 4th paragraph that starts with "We're gathered at this conference because ..." and ends with "wider opportunity for people from Portland to Porto Alegre to Port-au-Prince." Why would this disaster in Haiti be a "wider opportunity" for people in Portland and Porto Alegre?

(9) Porto Alegre, Brazil has a transportation program that is funded by ... THE CLINTON FOUNDATION.

(11) Back to Oscar Flores. At first glance, I assumed he was military of some kind, even with fake uniform. Or some kind of assistant staff member.

The only reference I see of his official job in the Clinton White House was ... CHIEF CULINARY SPECIALIST.

Cheryl Mills sends the Secretary of State a classified email on an unsecure private server (illegal), which is a speech for official government business. The speech is announcing how US foreign aid will be spent. Hillary will tell the world that it will benefit people in two locations outside of Haiti, which just so happen to be where Clinton financial interests are located (self-enrichment).

Hillary then forwards that classified document to Oscar Flores, who has no legal authority to receive it, and does so on her unsecured private server (illegal by HILLARY HERSELF).

Oscar Flores was the "Chief Culinary Specialist" in the Clinton White House (WTF?). He was also used as a prop, wearing a fake military uniform for a Clinton photo op (WTF #2?).

By the time she becomes Secretary of State, Flores is a key player in the Clinton machine (WTF #3?). He also recieved the "Tick Tock Libya" email:

I have not looked into Oscar Flores, but he is clearly a Clinton asset of some type.

Also, I started writing this post not realizing all I would find. This is potentially an important piece of the puzzle, deserving of its own thread.

But I have to take off.

If anyone reading this wants to use it to create a new thread for further research, go for it.

At the very least, it shows Mills and Clinton sending classified information via unsecure channels, Hillary giving classified information to someone who was not entitled to it, and Hillary defining US foreign aid to benefit her own financial interests and that of her friends.

I was waiting for some more info to flow on the Oregon situation. The Pizzagate trails crossed paths with Ron Wyden in DC. The deposed governor John Kitahaber and his fiancé Cylvia Hays have ties to Equilibrium as does the current Governor, who took his place, Kate Brown.

Portland is FULL of Satanist types and is a well known child trafficking hub. The State has huge problems within its Child Protective Services dept. celebrities such as director Gus Van Sant have long preyed on the street kids in Portland. The whole state has a creepy, corrupt vibe. You can feel it a lot in Salem when around the Capitol.
