Is the FBI Constitutional?

Good article. Since its inception, the FBI has
trampled on Constitution and people Rights since day one.
It has been used for hidden Govt agendas for decades, all
the name of Patriotism. It has two hands: Left hand for
secret Govt agendas. Right hand for public patriotic policing.
It's Left Hand has been showing its ugly head lately.
