What therapy/help will the new Commander in Chief provide for traumatized veterans, and their grieving families?

Trump says he wants a stronger military. Maybe he should divert a billion $ from the horrific nuclear arsenal to compensate traumatized/disabled veterans who thought they were protecting America?

I think the real question IS, Mr. DGN...how did these military veterans all grow the same kinds of fingers and innately come to understand what they are used for?
