I once stumbled upon a site that tried to debunk Andreas Moritz kidney and liver cleanses. This helped me a lot cause the site tried to debunk a lot of other therapies, which a never heard of. It became a treasure of information.

They make it so easy for you to find the right information. Now I'm going to visit Twitchy, because I never heard of it.
