I live a few blocks from here awhile back. I referred to it as Mr. Burns(Simpsons) Building.

Delivered to a small (3 story) windowless AT&T building right off I-5 in No. Seattle. (145th NE exit) Only place EVER in 7 years I couldn't go inside to deliver...ring a buzzer/telecom and they met you and signed for it at the door. They have been there a LOOOONG time.
