I haven't seen this posted yet. Russia has taken its support away from the ICC in The Hague, Netherlands. They have decided not to ratify the statute any longer. Phillipine President Duterte says he will most likely follow.

The ICC was a joke. My respect for Putin and
Duterte is growing with each day.

It is my wish they will become our true allies under
a Trump administration.
