Well, I meant to catch up last night but then I did yoga and fell asleep on the couch while watching the Bachelorette. Must be the heat. I feel GLP is on a spa vacation right now with all the peace and quiet. I kind of miss those crazy ACs though. Not the real crazy stalker ones but the fun ones. A lot of them had a lot to contribute but the crazy assholes were taking over for a while there. Hopefully a lot of those nice ACs will sign up for membership. I don't see why people are so upset about the so-called privacy issue with being a member. They can make an email used only for GLP and no one is being forced to use their real name. Theres no privacy issue as far as I aM concerned.

Brisbane is roughly about as far south of the equator as Houston is north of the equator and I think it's too cold in winter. Spring and Autumn are where it's at. Summer is too humid here on the coast.

Edit to add, a few days ago it dawned on me that my abode adds up to 13 as well. The numbers on my door add to 12 and the building is 10 but reduces to 1, so it all adds up to 13.

Have been sitting outside at sunrise lately. Wake early cas there is so much on my mind at the moment. Have not tries sungazing, may make an attempt, but do so indirectly. Even at sunrise, I do not want to look directly into the sun.

I am LOVING the peace and calm. Much like GLP was years ago, before the psycho, libtarded, nutcase, stalker, weirdo, pervs started all their crap up, and made having any discussion almost impossible for everyone.

I am waiting for all hell to break loose if Trin shows who gave who red karma. LOL.

I would laugh if this was the true purpose of the karma system all along - years in the making to give us an epic judgment day.

LOL I know, right? I mostly leave green. I leave the occasional red to those that truly deserve it and it always is in relation to something they have posted or a thread they have made or if they have been an asshole to me and I will own every single one but since I joined I think I have only left maybe 25 red and 100s of greens. I go around my buddy list every week and leave green because I know a lot of people use the points for a membership reward. I think GLP should keep the karma system because its sort of one of those iconic GLP things and I feel bad for anyone who cant afford the fee and uses the points to have one. Getting rid of it would be hard on those ppl. There are a lot of people who do the weekly drive by red and never sign their name and showing who left it will at least put a stop to that. It will be funny to see those who stalk Merit with red karma get exposed. I will enjoy that LOL

Haha! Yes, indeed! There are a lot of people who leave s red that I cannot recall either of s even speaking to or interacting with. It is strange. Like I said I have left red but it is always in relation to a post, thread, or negative interaction with that person. There is someone who routinely talks shit about us (though they have stopped lately finally) for the last two years and every time they do that I have left them red which they rightly deserve. They pretend not to read our threads but no doubt they are reading this right now LOL. I don't like cowards, whiners, or hypocrites and neither does Merit. *shrug*

Is the karma thing even happening? Nothing has changed so far.

Sounds perfect. I love summer nights. There is something so peaceful about sitting out there or going for a walk with Merit especially when there is a big moon. The heat of the day can be overwhelming but once dinner time rolls around and afterwards it is beautiful.

I think that he should! I have only given red karma like maybe 3 times ever, and I think I signed the last two. If im going to diss someone, I want them to know who its coming from.

I think it is hilarious how some people are whining and going on and on and on in that thread like they are victims when they are nasty and gross and people simply don't like them so they get a lot of red for the crap they say. I think some of those whiners will be in for a nasty surprise when they see how many legit members give them red. I have said it many times in this thread but as far as I am concerned, the ugliest personality trait in a person is a victim mentality. These people never hold themselves accountable and are completely unaware of how disgusting their behavior is and always point the finger at someone else instead of looking in the mirror. Those are the people that hate Merit and I the most. They cant stand when they are exposed.

I wish we had a girl superman smilie on here. I use this one for Merit because he is my superhero (my antihero actually LOL) but I think there is a girl version I wish Trin would add. We could totally use some more smilies.

Mila, I am in the middle of reading the Annhilation trilogy. Its a perspective changer in that the way the author uses words and phrases is meant to unbolt the readers perspective. His word craft is really spectactular. Have you read any of those books yet? Wow.
