Hi, yes, Penny is hanging on but not well. She isn't really eating anymore and barely drinking. Fringe said she has a large mass in/on her stomach and it sounds a lot like cancer to me. One of my cats died of some kind of cancer in his stomach about 10 years ago and Penny's symptoms sound similar. Losing a pet is beyond heart breaking and making a decision to end their life at the vet is worse. Sometimes it has to be done but it is hard. I think we all pray that they will pass on their own at home when it is time. I will tell Fringe that you send your love. I will probably talk to her tomorrow.

Glad to see you too! The summer has been busy and it felt very short. Like *blink* and it is Fall. I swear sometimes it feels like time is getting faster.

Thats so very sad to hear about Penny. I hope that she is not in pain. Ive had to put pets down, ao my heart goes out to Fluttergirl...its a sad time for her.

Yes, its a corgi with wings in my sig line. I love her. I was on the Pottermore website and got my house assignment
(LOL Slytherin!), my wand and patronas.
But the winged corgi is my favorite one, so I put her in my sig line. She is helping me on the GLP. :-)

Yes, it does catch the morning sun. That's good, the evening sun in Texas summers can be brutal, even with solar film on the windows.

Hi Niamh. My beloved pet Penny got sick and had to be put down. It hurt very deeply to do that, as I respect all life but refused to make her suffer any further and just existing. She had gotten doggie breast tumors. So Ljs having compassion sent some Loving and comforting support my way. thank you for asking.

Yes, back is acting up and that synovial cyst on L4-L5 is back so it's time for a fusion. Just putting it off til I can't anymore.
