That's odd; I did lots of screwed up things and karma seems to be playing out over years...

This has happened to several people I know OP. Instant karma at its most obvious. Consider it a blessing. You know you need do, and what you shouldn't. Kind of like a wake up call to get your shit together.

It will seize when you leave the parental house.

I do, I had to make some choices for the better and I know my weak points (desires that are less important than what really matters in life so had to make sacrifices).

an example: let's say that it seems that the trick is to resist things instead of always grab it, just because you can (lust), it destroys more important things

I am rewarded for not doing bad (Which is equal to doing good to an extent) , I just noticed the differences lately in very strong ways ....
I think my karma is balanced now and that must be the reason why I can notice the differences almost instantly

This has been happening with me also, when I have hate filled thoughts of people who have
caused me much pain and suffering.

I've been living in this state for the last 15 years, and I've concluded it's time to get out of this state, but I don't know how.

the start to get out of a 'circle' is to realize you're in it... so you've reached a first step.

when I'm walking on the streets with an angry mind (about nothing/everything) , people start to walk in my way (almost on purpose) like I attract them like a magnet.
negativity attracts negativity...
you don't have to forget what ' they' did to you, but forgive them... that sounds silly but gives YOU some rest and positive change in the end.

Yes op, I experience it as well. It started for me awhile ago though. It happens to my kids as well. The term "instant karma" is heard often around here. Lol
