We were going to give massive pay cuts to three employees that fall into this category. With overtime, it was hoped that they would get back to their previous year's pay amount - but no guarantee.

These three people were all very vocal democrats, so I was going to give them the "change" they were asking for.

I still might carry through with those plans, since this ruling has not been publicized well in my area...
