That's what I thought as well.

Congress has 60 days to review new rules (days only count while Congress is in session). If a simple majority of lawmakers in both the Senate and House of Representatives votes to reject a rule, and the president signs the resolution, the rule is vacated. And the agency isn’t allowed to try again to write a similar rule unless lawmakers approve. So any new rules won't go into law for 60 days.

Each one will just be another count in Obama's treason trial.

The easiest way to handle that would be to write one blanket EO signed on January 20th that says all EO's written after November 8, 2016 are null and void.

This could be done in addition to wiping out a lot of other of Obama EO's.

Once Obama's fraudulent history is revealed, all the rest of his crap would also be null and vote, including judicial appointments.
