Would Romney be loyal to Trump as Secretary of State? Is he the best person for that important position? Hillary wasn't the best person Obama could have picked either, and she was always just out for herself. Romney seems to still be out for himself and still wants to be President. We don't know what Trump and Romney said to one another, and we certainly cannot tell what each was thinking about the other. Maybe it's better to use talented people like Romney, but keep them on a short leash under supervision.
