The way to go around with this is, make something in her name together with your children!
A close friend of mine lost his mother and he with his father completed the dream yard that she always dreamed off and was their way of dealing with it.

Instead of feeling sad, start something use that energy to make you more powerfull and trust me the power of losing can be a great very very great power to use!

She is now a part of you! Push and be a great example for your kids how to deal with it!

I'll give the OP the benefit of the doubt. 5 years ago I posted when I lost someone and I'm a StarTard. So I feel like this is real and OP I am totally at a loss for words and sorry for you and your loss. This place can be a source of streignth in its own way I get it. It's crazy and thought provoking but at the same time it's constant, and you know what to expect. GLP is comforting and don't listen to these people doubting.

Look into the Wim Hof aka the Iceman. Through dealing with the grief of losing his wife, he created a breathing method to control autoimmune response and voluntarily producing adrenaline.
