GLP for some reason signed me out and I put my password in but it wont work

I am Almond Joy on glp. I got signed out some how and then when I tried to sign back in it wouldn't let me. It kept saying my password was wrong. Soooo I put in my email in the password recovery box when I was prompted to. I received the email. It tells me to click this link to recover my password and then when I click it it takes me right back to the page where I enter my email to get my password reset. It isn't working. I don't know to ask or how to get this fixed.
