Here's this guy's web site. His group claims involvement in the other election challenges going on. He admits it's too late for a recount in Florida, but his group is apparently seeking some other type of relief.

BUT he said they can contest the election results by the 2nd, and they did.

They are waiting until the last second for everything.

This needs to be investigated. Why isn't this causing recounts. Illegal aliens have no right to vote in our elections. Here is Obama calling for illegals to commit election crimes.

For contesting the results, the judge assigned to the case bases his deliberations on evidence, arguments made by opposing counsel and documents. He then issues his opinion. There is no jury. The burden of proof rests on the contestant.

And contesting an election is different from requesting a recount. They have 10 days from certification to contest the results. Certification was on Nov 22 and the lawsuit was filed, Dec 2.

They are claiming that:

"Affidavits from voters illegally turned away from the polls are being gathered. And county election officials are reporting that 25,000 absentee ballots were requested but never sent out in Broward County alone."

As far as being tuned away at the polls, I have not heard anything about such a thing until now. Same goes for teh absentee business also.
