ACLU sues over Missouri headlight-flashing ticket

This is good but it reminded me of the kid who got shot by a cop during a stop which occurred because the kid flashed the cop because he thought the cop had his high beams on. The belligerent cop pulled the kid over the two had a heated discussion and it ended up the cop tasing and then shooting the kid dead.

I always flash my lights to tell someone his or hers are off and to give them a hint that they can go when taking the intersection.

yep thats "illegal" but i still do it and see many people doing it too, when theres a police checkpoint, a cop with a radar or simply there are cops in the vicinity.

I TOTALLY remember the poor teen who got shot when the arrogant control freak cop wrestled the kid out of the car when the kid said repeatedly he didn't have his license with him and thought (maybe watched too many constitutional videos) he didn't have to "exit the vehicle". Sick of overbearing cops whose worst nightmare is the Dashcam. Oh darn, and the truth will set you free.
