Today, I've been feeling it heavy, an 8. This evening it's easing up- to a 6 or 7. It fluctuates wildly at this time.

Remember to keep your vibrations up. Some ideas for you- Go into nature. Laugh often. Think positively. Be with pets. Watch a light hearted comedy movie. Do a good deed. Plant a seed. Treat yourself to a small gift. Treat someone else to a small gift. Listen to beautiful music. Meditate. Get some fresh air. Do something you enjoy. Dance! Meet a friend for a coffee. Cook a delicious meal. Eat the delicious meal that you have cooked! Sing a song loudly in the shower. Settle down in bed for the night, wrapped up warmly with a good book and a cup of hot chocolate.

Yeah, there is definitely something up with today... I thought it might just be the weather or something (gloomy as hell and cold here), but more than that.

First thing this morning I met with an old good friend- he was here going through his brothers things that just committed suicide- heavy shit... thing is, guy lives like a 13 hour drive from here and where we grew-up together is 7 hours... No connection to this place whatsoever, but his brother lived in the same small town like a mile down the road (unbeknownst to both of us before today).

Anyways, that was hella heavy seeing him on these terms after many years- then my wife has been feeling really bad all day for some unknown reason, and I am feeling it too now... a doomy gut feeling then I come on here and see this... just had to chime it with my 2 cents.
