National concealed-carry reciprocity bill headed to next Congress
'Our 2nd Amendment right doesn't disappear when we cross state lines'
Published: 7 hours ago
(FREE BEACON) The new Congress is still weeks away from being sworn in, but one Republican congressman has already written a national concealed carry reciprocity bill to submit to it.

North Carolina Republican Rep. Richard Hudson on Monday released the details of the bill he plans to introduce in the next session. The bill would allow anybody with a valid concealed carry permit from the state they live in to carry a gun in any other state.

“Our Second Amendment right doesn’t disappear when we cross state lines, and I plan to introduce legislation in the first days of the 115th Congress to guarantee that,”

screw that, concealed carry PERMITS are a violation of unalienable (its not "inalienable") rights to keep and bear arms.

i will continue to carry how, when and wherever i am, no permission asked for or needed.

for the voluntary subjects of government overreach, it is good news though.

Haven't read the bill but it's a good thing as long as it doesn't mess with my state's law that no permit is required.

Also it should be noted that more and more states are removing the requirement to have a permit to carry concealed.

there is already more than one State that allows no permit concealed carry, the SCOTUS recently rulled that same sex marraige is a right because a few States extended that right to people. they relied on the clause in the Constitution that simply states any right extended by any state to its citizens is a right to all citizens of other States as well.

As for the rest of your threat of prison while waiting for appeal, you wrongly assume the lower courts would have jurisdiction over me to bring charges in the first place, that assumption is wrong and yes, I know because I have already done it.

I am no subject, you clearly are.

Kamala Harris is not a Natural Born Citizen. She's illegally running.

Used by the Founders...
Book I of The Law of Nations, Chapter XIX, § 212 (Joseph Chitty numbering) – “Citizens and natives”
reads: 'The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to
its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in
the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by
the children of the citizens
, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all
their rights.' 1758 Emerich de Vattel

Oh' What the Hell, do I look like I want to die in some nursing home one day...
America must have 4 new Constitutional Amendments...
1. Drug Tests and Mental Evaluations on all politicians and judges randomly five times per year.
2. Term Limits for Federal politicians and judges.
3. Mental and health standards for Supreme Court Justices and retirement age set.
4. A 'Star Chamber' of elected Natural Born Citizens (no attorney's) to ivestigate, try, and prosecute the politicians and government employee's as they see fit.

Mandatory death penalty by public hanging is the merciful sentence for pedos and their associates.

Democrats are a WMD, literally.

It is NOT a States rights issue. The 10th Amendment came after the 2nd.

Do you think freedom of speech or religion or free press or search warrants are State issues? Not even close, it is and WAS written for a reason, it is not never was and never will be a State issue and until people stop accepting the utter tripe passed off as law in this nation it will not change.

Government on ANY LEVEL does on have the lawful right to infringe on the Creator endowed rights of the people to keep and bear arms.

Find me any State "law" that forbids the "keeping and bearing of arms" and I will stop "keeping and bearing arms" there. Until then, I will keep and bear arms.

Can you not see how they trick you with their word twisting and legal speak!?

They are deceivers!

There are NO State "laws" nor "Federal law" against the keeping and bearing of arms, they FOOL you into wordsmith tricks.

The right to bear arms is a military term for making war/fight. Not only self defense.

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

This is all about a states right to govern its own military for the people of that state.
