Personal Observation: Are blacks still uptight?

During my daily drive had a black driver cut me off then get upset. Flying the middle finger and acting a fool in his vehicle.

I passed him and he followed me to the location I was going.

He pulled behind me when I parked and when I got out abruptly left.

Not sure what the hell peoples problem is but everyone seems uptight especially the blacks.

Anyone else notice it lately? I havent seen any rioting so maybe it is building up inside them.
