They're targeting alternative music listeners who are known to be attracted to anything new/cool. The bands aren't real...now, but soon they will be when young people start to emulate them, forming their own bands, believing it's all role play when in fact it's actually happening.

At some point a certain percentage of the musicians and listeners will actually come to believe that pedophelia and cannibalism are OK,
which is what TPTB want to happen. They're aiming to make these things a normal part of our culture because it's a normal part of theirs.
