Beyond the fact it is a disgusting, eating same species [ consuming close proteins ] will cause all kinds of cancers and genetic mutations, when a similar proteins are absorbed . Nature has a fun way of dealing with cannibals.

Considering that Canabilism is handled on a case by case scenario in regards to legality, I highly doubt you could run an establishment that does this on a regular base. Not to mention the issues of health code violations (how much human meat is allowed in a restaurant?)
