I don't add honey to espresso because it mixes with the honey and stay in your body longer.

Google Caffeine Blues. Since giving up that crap i feel so much better. Colors are more saturated, vision feels more 3d music sounds better, no more stressed and angry. Even concentration and memory improved.

Coffe is a drug. Shitty and very addictive. I know what im saying I am druggie since 2006 and coffee is the inly drug that i got addicted to. Taking opiates for a week and quitting didnt caused any noticeable withdrawal. After week of drinking coffe quitting causes headache, lack of energy, depression, lack of concentration and poor memory. Caffeine is worse than ephedrine its total shit. Anxious, angry and not euphoric at all with quick physical addiction. Fuck it.
