I am terribly sorry about your loss. I lost my mom in Sept 2016 and I am still not over it. We were best friends. She had dementia for a few years before and I thought I had already lost her, but here death hit me with a fury that I had no idea was coming.

Talk to people. It apparently helps. ( my son tells me)

I can't even think of her without crying.
