Press with light 15lb finger/thumb pressure for 15 secs each.

massage the nerve deep in the web between the thumb and first finger, each hand.

massage between the wrist bones, 1 inch above the wrist joint, on the outside of the wrist...each wrist.

massage with the thumb, between the shoulder and elbow/between the tricep and bicep muscle...deep pressure..you'll feel the nerve.

this takes pain away from all face and head pain.
dont eat 1/2 before therapy.
