how are you paying for all this? hard to get jobs in EU...

By coordinating (not harmonizing) foreign policy, a Northern Bloc would be manageable (unlike EU) and it would have the necessary weight to influence pan-European issues as well. as a Canadian that has seen a lot of the Nordic countries I agree this is good.
