As President, he should not tweet himself, but have a professional to handle tweets.

Trump's shit is hilarious.
He's the first "normal" president we've had since Harry Truman.

Its his way of communicating directly with the public.
In doing so, he doesn't have to worry about media spin.
Unfortunately, it sometimes sounds disjointed due to the limited amount of words allowed in Twitter.

I like Trump and I'm damn glad he won, but I have to admit, the Tweeting is very unbecoming of the leader of the free world. I hope he stops when it sets in that he is the most powerful person on earth.

I like Trumps tweeting...and I LOVE how it's driving the MSM crazy because it makes them all worthless & not needed :)

I also like it because george W never responded to all their criticisms and fake news, it set the stage for obama to be elected.

Nah. Let him tweet and be who he is. People elected him because of who he is. I am sure he will change if he needs to/wants to. He is smart and his own person. If we try to make everyone happy, who we are will change for the worse.

Those who like him are not going to be turned off by his tweets. They'll only be turned off if he fails to deliver what they were hoping, or if his policies turn into the same leftist garbage we've been seeing for 8 years.

No! It is refreshing to have a president who is directly in touch with the people and not so "professional" and "above us all" that he has to suddenly have other people handle that stuff for him. Plus doing that allows mouthpieces and others to twist and misinterpret what you are saying. Going directly to the people takes that away.

I laugh when people say, "Oh, it's so unprofessional"...ORLY? So you consider acting like a fucking king who is too good to interact directly with the "little people" as being "Professional"? No thanks...

He reportedly has staffers do his Tweets, so presumably some filtering and editing occurs before they're posted. If so, the people working with him should give better pointers about what he wants to say and how he wants to say it.

Trump has to always remember - if he even needs to be reminded of that - that good strategy when dealing with one's opponents and the ideas-policies that the Tweeter user either supports or opposes is always better than weak strategy.

I like them. The tweets provide a solid idea o what's on our next President's mind. I don't want to hear it from a hired liar with a stupid name like Josh Earnest. And I certainly don't want to hear it recycled from some moran TV announcer, left or right.

So, in a very genuine way, Trump is already making America great again, because from the POV of a foreign citizen he is also personally talking to them. Such is the intimacy of the internet, and Trump has always used it brilliantly.

When he rails about unjust MSM or shallow celebrities, he reinforces the lost concept that America will now only stand for what is obviously right.... instead of the disgusting proudly-gluttonous, spitefully-shabby, sexually-greedy and jealous joke we have become!

Wouldn't it be interesting if suddenly the old SUPERMAN tagline of "truth...Justice...the AMERICAN WAY!..." suddenly showed up on T-shirts and bumper stickers?
