I am amazed at co-workers who blather information endlessly to hear themselves sounds credible

Right now the development drew is getting their daily lecture from the business analyst about the history of the industry, and every minute detail of his life from airline tickets to the price to upgrade SAP for additional funcitonality. What a waste of energy. I used to get sucked into his psyclone, but now I stay clear. Keep my energy. That's my motto.

I don't mind sharing info, just not at length for 1 hour lstening to him ramble on about shit nobody cares about.
