The mantra of the government & MSM has been that Lee Harvey Oswald "acted alone" in the assassination of JFK. That's what they keep saying.

However, that doesn't mean LHO wasn't a pawn of the CIA.
The gov't knew he had been to Moscow. It seems he was also in Mexico City recently before the assassination. Our government knew LHO had spoken with governments hostile to the USA. Why wasn't LHO picked up and interrogated in October of 1963?
So the CIA knew that LHO wanted to assassinate JFK & they left him free to go about what he wanted to do.
Conclusion: CIA allowed LHO to assassinate JFK because it served what they thought was their best interest. Deep State ran the USA then & still does now. It is an accepted fact that the CIA assassinates leaders & topples governments. This is an accepted historical fact. They did it then & they will do it now. CIA is not done. Their is nothing new under the sun!

Do you consider it murder when a government assassinates foreign enemies without first declaring war? Just as a wild example, imagine a government using unmanned aircraft to locate and kill an enemy.

hmm... I think it can be.
Bin Laden was an assassination because I'm confident the mission was to kill him.
So, ISIS has declared war on different peoples. If one of our drones takes out one of their killers then i would not call that murder because they have already declared war.
So, I think we have to look at the situation and the people on a case by case basis.
War is a punishment for all concerned because they are not walking with God. I believe the nation surrendered to Him & His Will enjoys divine protection.
The world will become so estranged from God that Global Nuclear War will result.
It all started with the sin of Adam & Eve. This is the inevitable conclusion.

Though your question was rhetorical, I think I have received revelation regarding prayer and fasting. The revelation contradicts what many think:

Prayer and fasting does not affect God's heart toward us, it changes our hearts toward God. He's ready and willing to work through us and guide us. The obstacle is our flesh. Fasting, especially, quiets our flesh so we can better hear from God.

As an analogy, if I need to concentrate, I turn off the blaring stereo.

Hey friends. Thank you for hanging in there with me over the years. Your friendship has been a real blessing
God is so good! I wish people knew how good God is. I wish people knew what a friend He can be for those who want to implement His Word & follow Him. God watches over those who love Him with a Tender, Intimate & Compassionate Love. Praise God!
As I've said, the Truth is always flowing into me. I had a busy day on Sunday. I lead the morning worship service at 9:15am & then again at 11am. I also had a Worship Service to attend at 3pm which was expected to last until 4:30 or so. So I had a little gap of time in the middle of the day to have some food & possibly watch a little football. In fact, I was a little excited because the network said they were going to televise the Patriot game & I was hoping to see some of that. So, long story short, I sat down to watch & the Patriots were not on! They were televising the Bills game instead & just when my soul began to get a little sorrowful the Lord Jesus said, “The Patriots win!” Well, I was excited to hear that. I rejoiced in the Lord and in the win & decided to settle in and enjoy some of the Bill's game. Anyway, God is so good! See how He consoles us? He takes & intimate interest in our lives & take pleasure from the good things we enjoy. Now, having said that, Jesus also did say later in the day: “There are a lot of violent men in the NFL” so that is a concern. I enjoy the athleticism, not the violence. I pray GB#12 recovers quickly, Joe {I think he was #5 from the Ravens} recovers quickly & pray Tom Brady, for example, stays healthy. No cheap shots you guys! God is watching!
Anyway, I said all that because I am once again watching this day. I recently heard The Word “Halloween” & “It's tonight” so I'm always watching & praying about what God is talking about. The Truth is always flowing into me but I still need to pray for discernment. Will someone from my house say, I've been invited to a party, “It's tonight,” “Halloween,” or is this the day the Lord Jesus has been preparing me for?
Let us pray, O God, our wealth has separated many of us from you. We have abandoned You & forgotten You as we pursue almost anything but You. I pray you bring light out of this darkness. May we wake up to the reality that life is fragile, it is only but a moment but your are Eternal. God, even if we gain the whole world & tons of wealth & great power & great fame, if we don't have You we gain nothing. If we die without You we only inherit the horrible condemnation we justly deserve. God, while many are lost thru their own choice because they don't want to be found, we pray that you would use this day to wake up your slumbering & wayward children & lead them into repentance that they would one day enjoy your perfect plan, Eternal Life with You: Father, Son, & Holy Spirit. In Jesus Mighty Name We pray & all God's people said?

So, I've been praying about this. Watching & Waiting as usual...

I think it was about a week ago that a Congressional Committee announced that the sale of 20% or our uranium to Russia is now under investigation. If I understand my facts correctly, it happened while Clinton was Secretary of State. The whole thing stinks like high hell in my opinion. While that corrupt administration [Obama Administration] sells this precious commodity to Russia, Bill Clinton gets 1/2 Million Dollars for one speech in Russia. I BELIEVE this is corruption on the highest level & should be investigated. Triumphant Trump thinks this story is way bigger than Russia meddling in our election & I agree. Yes, Russia meddled in our election just as we meddle in theirs & many other elections in many other foreign countries. That is what many governments do but I don't believe Trump colluded with Russia to win his election. Trump won that election thru hard work & the right message. Hillary lost that election because of her own sin, faults, failings, & incompetence along with a very foolish vision for the country!
