2018 {page 11} & 2017 --> What Do You Believe God Is Saying In Your Prayer Time? Please share!

The word Fortnight came to mind a few days ago. I was planning to use it jokingly with a colleague, but then it stuck in my mind, like it had meaning.

Just had to look it up....for those who do not know what "Fortnight" means:

It means a period of 14 days or 2 weeks.

Lets say some extra prayers as we watch for the next 2 weeks

I actually had to look the word up too like the other poster! The definition i read said "Fourteen Nights"... thus, 'fortnight'
i heard this early Sunday morning yesterday on the 26th.

God continues frequently to remind me of his presence. It's mostly through coincidences. For example, I taught my young son about creation reflecting God's order, specifically the predictability of the sun and moon as an illustration. We then read Psalm 72 because it was next in our plan. Verse 5 left us stunned:

They shall fear thee as long as the sun and moon endure, throughout all generations.

Another time, a specific word kept appearing to me in different ways. Writing out the story does no justice. As I related the uncanny experience to a friend, the moment I spoke the word, I simultaneously glanced up and saw that word spelled out in decorative blockson a table in front of me! This was not in my imagination but in reality (real blocks; not a vision).

Wondering if the fortnight referred to the 2 weeks before yesterday's attack on Syria.

I don't think it matches. If you count 14 days from the 26th that lands on today, April 8th.

The only begotten son was and is 'israel'.

I hope this didn't mean that Once4All had only 2 weeks to live.

If so, the Earth and GLP are much poorer places for his absence. But... if the Lord wants him in heaven, so be it.

Wow, that thought crossed my mind today, too. But I'm certain in my spirit, Once4All is fine and will check in soon.

Me too. I feel like God isn't listening to me, or I'm praying wrong.

I believe he received words at an earlier time that said to write all of his words of knowledge and publish it in a book. The lord isn't done with him yet.

Is there any sin in your life that might be holding you back? Sin will stop God from answering your prayers. That or what you're asking isn't in accordance with his will.

Or how about repenting & giving thanks???

I repent and try not to sin and pray. Still get ignored. God hates me. Everyone laughs at me because God doesn't care about me. He answers their prayers. He doesn't answer mine.

Hi Friend,
Try proclaiming the absolute Will of God in your life and stand on that principle, no matter what. God will never abandon His own or His Word. If He says no to a request , as the Loving Heavenly Father, He knows the outcome is not for your good.
Remember. satan is your adversary...the 'accuser' of the Brethren who's sole purpose is to steal, kill and destroy you and your faith!
However, Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil. He has the victory over satan and as a believer that Cross has won your victory too!
I will pray for you, Friend. The Name of Jesus is your weapon

I heard "slip into sedition". No idea what it might suggest and had to Google the term "sedition" because I'd forgotten its exact meaning.

There is a person who gets words and visions from the Lord that I follow and he recently got a word saying a missile will strike a US carrier.
