Has anyone figured out what happens when we die? Seriously?

Yeah... i've already decided to NOT try this. I'm all set with losing my mind, permanently.

I'll stick to basic meditation, and a little MaryJane once in awhile.

This is what I've always felt happened. In actuality, you really don't realize that you died even though you may have already hundreds of times.

You just begin again, not realizing that you've already ended and restarted so many times before...

you are here to experience; the good, the bad, and the ugly, and rework all of it in to balance, which will lead to greater experiences...

especially in these very unstable times, it is best to take an observer stance...observe, make judgments, but, participate as little as practical...

i feel that you are instantly born somewhere else. but you don't realize it, it always feels like as if it's your first.

ps: you might be born in another star system, or in another galaxy, or in another universe, as a completely different entity.

I don't get that same sense. I feel like most of us in this timeline, whether you are third or first world, that we are not coming back to this fucking shit.

It makes me sad because I love life and this beautiful planet, but it no longer serves our souls, at least mine.

While everyone is speculating and throwing out theories, I know about life after death because I am already dead.

Nothing happens.
Consciousness ends.

The question of why we are here, is similar to why we have children, what's the point of it? The point is to produce fully functioning adults who will have rewarding and productive lives and populate our world. Not many parents would say, i don't see what the point is of having this baby.
In the same way our birth as a self aware living spiritual entity born on earth is God's way of populating the universe with new life, that starts on 3rd planets like earth and then graduates after death to continue growth and experience in the higher planes or dimensions of the afterlife. So that is our purpose, to become an alive and living member of the universe.

The events changed my entire life. They are entirely true. Believe me you have nothing to fear. I went into an operating room one person and found everything I had learned and been told was wrong.

I also know anyone who talks about seeing Jesus or eating cookies with God in a nice garden is making it all up. They say things to sound like what you want to hear.

One important thing in my case...I wanted to be told...and made arrangements before I was born to be informed at some point during my life. We do not normally remember our past lives...but when you are in the middle of your life you can be shown things and you can remember them because these are new things you learned in the here and now.

You have friends...thousands of them. Lovers, kids, enemies, and parents and pets who are really just souls identical in every way to you yourself. We spend eternity going in and out of lives we share together. We are the same individual but take on roles we play for good or bad.

We are not here to learn anything. Fact is, we really do know it all. Coming into a new brain every time limits us and keeps us able to enjoy the newest adventures without the old baggage of religions or racial hatreds. Over the eons of history...we have been all kinds of races and believed in all kinds of God's.

You can even understand now that as no religion can be the one true religion..it stands to reason that none of them can be the one true religion! We have done them all and died praying to God's who are long out of fashion now. So forget all the god stuff...1000 years from now there will be an entire new collection of faiths to die for.

We are in fact beings of light that outside of living in the flesh, exist only as light individuals. We interact with others in that light. We are warm and feel the companionship in that light. We feel love and comfort and belonging in the light. When we die...we open up in the light and there is a joy in being home again.

If you can understand that for any intelligent soul things can just get boring at times. We need adventure and need to trust that the game is not rigged. Even gambling is no fun if you know you are going to win. When we get to the point with our friends in the light that the last life was not all that bad...that we would do better the next time...we get together, make a basic game plan...and toss our souls into the void between here and there to be reincarnated. Our lives will interact and our paths will cross.

Later we die...rejoin the light and each other to rehash and enjoy together all the highs and lows we shared.

Sometimes we kill. Sometimes we are killed. There are consequences for everything doled out in the lives we are given. If you did evil things you may get a life in a wheelchair. If you killed or raped or hurt kids or animals...you will become a victim of some tragedy sooner or later.

What goes around...will indeed come around. But there is no heaven and there is no hell. So choose to live a good life.

Once you accept the possibility of endless friends out there who care about you and will soon again be part of a warm and loving light that holds you...you will be a happier person here during this latest adventure.

All I know is that many literally become spirits and wander around us. I know this because I've seen too many in my entire life. I don't know if they all do though or just a select bunch. If some don't become spirits, where do they go?

They do exist and we all must dodge them somehow... The winged disc is the eagle and the light is what you are drawn to...
Roll out of your tunnel of light and you will find that your glow will be enough... then look forward to the best adventure you could possibly imagine..But you must dodge the Eagles.

Actually the problem with that is that the Bible says to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.

Jesus also said to the believing thief "I tell you, today you will be with me in Paradise, or did he say, I tell you today, you will be with me in paradise?

If you were "asleep" then why would the brother in the bible who died wish he could return to tell his brothers about God to save them?

Check out what "Abraham's Bosom" is or what Jesus called Paradise, there are 2 sides to it, one for believers one for non believers.

That said, OP, I don't know any more than anyone else, and Im happy not finding out for a long time.

Have you ever woken up from a dream at night and been relieved to realise it was just a dream and not real life?

If you’re lost in the jungle and you see a lion then you will feel fear. It is the same fear in the dream state as it is in real life. It’s the same energy.

My point here is that the experience in the dream state can feel just as real as the experience in real life.

It is very interesting to notice how in a dream you create the subject object split. That is to say you create yourself, the experiencer, and you create the things you are experiencing, but it really feels as though you the subject is separate from the objects you are experiencing when in fact you are all one. The witness (the dreamer/the creator) and the subject and the object are all one entity.

It’s the same here in the waking state.

Everyone sooner or later feels insecure, alienated and despondent and thinks there must be more to me than this. Then we search for God.

We are searching for our self because self is our source of power and goodness; it’s the self that is running the show and not me, the subject (my temporary creation).

Deep down we know the self is permanent and nothing can touch it.

The self is true, wholesome and good, made of love. Any negativity in us is acquired, created through ignorance.

Of course to think about this and to realise this and to become this (an eternal being) are different things. It requires some considerable spiritual effort.
