imho, it is a mental illness, however i believe that in a free society, the mentally ill should have the freedom to live in a mentally ill way. Does that make sense ?

All of the "gay" people I know were sexually compromised in some way during their most impressionable years. So there might be something to this. Incidentally all but one of those persons are heterosexual today and married.

The American association of psychiatry just removed homosexuality from its list of mental illnesses do to political pressure.

I've posted the proof here before. For decades it was diagnosed as a perversion and a mental sickness. When it was removed from the books, the vast majority of doctors refused to vote in retaliation to the absurd suggestion.

The process of removing the mental sickness was politically motivated and proves beyond any doubt the agenda to promote the unnatural phenomenon of same sex abominations.

Wrong in so many ways.

1. Homosexual tendencies often show up in very young children (elementary school) and many of them know they're different and ask about it.

2. Homosexuality is not insanity -- it's just a non-typical sexual preference. Is a straight ass man less sane than a tit man? Just preferences.

3. Many homosexuals, like many heterosexuals, have found true love. They have long lasting stable partnerships and take great strength from them.

Really? I have found that the main reason that most peope tend to have an issue with homosexuality comes down to one of 2 things.

Learned hatred (religous or bigotry). If you are relgious, we are all gods children and he made us who we are. Deal with it.

Homosexual bigotry usually stems from one having homosexual or bisexual tendencies and have been taught that that part of them is bad.

Straight men and women that have no internal questions or fears on this issue, don't care about it, or talk about it overly.

Yes, I'm saying that if you fear, hate, feel disgusted by, worry about, etc. gay people, their lifestyle or what have you...

Then you have a problem.

It's probably a personal fear that you feel attraction to your own gender, on a very deep level, that you're desperately in denial of.

If you really want to know the answer, look up what science says, instead of trying to make up your own interpretation to protect your fragile mind.

I believe that is true for the Roman Catholic church after the 1870 Vatican Council. When one persons becomes "infallible" and the remainder of the human race cannot question , you have a pretty serious disability.
