I think what you're seeing is all the design that is built into and under the entire universe. It's all built on what we call math - the relationship of things to other things, in distance, size, quantity, etc. There is an inherent harmony in the universe as expressed in math and as designed by God, so that ultimately everything relates to everything else in some manner (even if we can't figure out how to calculate it right now). So the universe seems to be a construct of perfect harmony.

Now how does chaos factor into this - the random element that seems to be out of the blue?
