OP, You are very cruel. There are people in Las Vegas who were formerly the alcohol and drug addicted, ex-servicemen "low-lifes" who had someone help them change their lives and are now doing so for others.

They've joined the independent movement to get the homeless off the streets by finding them full time jobs with training if needed in innovative restaurants or in physical labor jobs. Almost NO money and NO government funds were spent. Hundreds of people have gone through these programs so far. They didn't have the mental capacity to do it for themselves. Many former servicemen with PTSD are in this same situation. Their lives were ruined fighting for their country. They deserve more.
