No there is not a delay in any direction. It is like listening to an ordinary phone call between 2 persons.Try to have a conversation with your 3 second delay. It is impossible without people interrupting each other all the time. And also, try to find 1 clip from the moon where Houston and/or an astronaut talk at the same time. Still your burden of proof. And I'm not sure I trust you when you couldn't be bothered to read that the delay was due to analog -digital conversion until it was posted at least three times and then asked the following "Do you mean that analog sound travels at the speed of light? And digital sound travels at the speed of sound?"
