In the 2008 movie W. a meeting is taking place discussing the possible ramifications of entering Iraq. The topic leads to energy reserves, with the cradle of the Middle East being discussed as the largest reservoir on the planet. In the movie, President W. turns around after the discussion and states something to the effect, "Well, let's do what Donald said and drain the swamp."

However, the Donald in this scenario was the then Secretary of Defense.

Life seems to be imitating art, although the term has supposedly been used politically by several politicians through the years. So, maybe it is art imitating life.
