The IRS is a money gobbler. They will accept tax payments from the same SS# fron two or more workers but send a refund only to one of them. SSA is in on it and also turned a blind eye so that they don't run out of money for there current liabilities. They are in a sticky situation because while they are increasing revenue they know that of these duplicate SS#s only ONE can collect Social Security benefits... SSA will then verify the real SS# holder. Both IRS and SSA will continue to play dumb cuz the illegal SS# will still be paying taxes to fund govt liabilities.

This country is dependent on immigrant labor not just in the fields but also from tax dollars.
